Adventures in motion

How was my weekend? I'm glad you asked.

Friday night was the Dayton game. How was it? It was okay. I hear others had a great time. My time was enjoyable, if not thrilling. At least there was Setite love. After, we went to Club Vex, which was a good time. I got as dressed up as I could (without my straight jacket) and Traci forced me to dance by way of looking hot. I, for those of you who have never been out with me, do not dance. But I gave it a shot. I think I made her dizzy and I may have been a public health hazard, but I moved.

The next day I was a bit sore and tired, having gotten in at 5:00, but we got up early(ish) anyway to meet Steve at North Market for lunch. With Leesa and a friend of hers from out of town (New York, i think). How was that? My food was ideal. Steve was an hour late. Leesa and he friend were liquid coolness. Overall, not bad. We went home and then went to mage that night which was a pretty good session, though some of the players really need to learn to start keeping themselves busy.

Sunday, Traci went to her mom's place to do crafts all day. That meant I was on my own. I know what you're thinking, but what I actually did was clean. I cleaned the hell out of the bedroom. Did laundry, moved the bed, swept under it, got rid of cobwebs, dust bunnies, scrubbed the bathroom floor, flipped our mattress .... it was a monumental undertaking.

Today I'm suffering for it. I was in martial arts for years and I have had me ass handed to me a few times and this feels a lot like that.

Today I'm getting ready to fake up our office for clients. Yay! Or not.

I just want to nap.

Did I mention that the dog didn't like his new cage location? Much crying.
